3. Services

We offer the following services, subject to availability and these Terms:

• •Multi-drop deliveries

4. Quotations & Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are indicative starting prices and are subject to the following:

• •Final pricing depends on distance, access requirements, waiting time, size/weight of goods, and job complexity.
• •A formal quotation will be provided before any work commences.
• •Quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
• •Additional charges may apply for waiting time beyond the included window, site constraints (forklift access, restricted areas), out-of-hours collections/deliveries, and congestion/ULEZ zones.

5. Booking & Cancellation

By confirming a booking, you agree to the quoted price and these Terms.

• •Cancellation with 2+ hours notice: No charge.
• •Cancellation with less than 2 hours notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price may apply.
• •Cancellation after dispatch: The full quoted amount may be charged.

6. Liability & Insurance

MPS Couriers Limited carries the following insurance:

• •Goods in Transit insurance up to £1,000,000
• •Public Liability insurance up to £1,000,000

Our liability is limited to the value of goods as declared at the time of booking or the maximum insured value, whichever is lower. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by improper packaging by the client, force majeure events, inaccurate information provided by the client, or delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you are responsible for:

• •Providing accurate collection and delivery information (addresses, postcodes, contact details)
• •Ensuring goods are properly packaged and labelled
• •Declaring the accurate value, size, and weight of goods
• •Informing us of any access restrictions, hazardous materials, or special handling requirements
• •Ensuring someone is available at both collection and delivery points

8. WEEE & Waste Disposal

MPS Couriers Limited is a registered waste carrier with the Environment Agency. All WEEE and IT equipment disposal is carried out in full compliance with UK regulations. Duty of care waste transfer notes and certificates of destruction are provided upon request. We do not accept hazardous waste unless specifically agreed in advance.

9. Payment Terms

• •Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a credit account has been agreed.
• •We accept bank transfer, card payment, and approved credit accounts.
• •Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MPS Couriers Limited and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

11. Governing Law
